Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery of the goods.

The return costs and the associated costs for importing the goods to Germany are to be paid by the customer.

For returns sent back to us from outside the EU, please note:

Any duties/costs associated with the return are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund. Before sending the return, please find out how to declare the goods in order to avoid additional costs.

Your right of withdrawal according to our terms and conditions expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.

Please note that we only take back unused items in their original packaging. We would also like to point out that the items must not be soiled and that all labels must be present on the item.

The goods must not show any signs of use.

Please do not send the product back to us freight collect or uninsured!

The shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Please have a return receipt issued and keep it safe so that you can prove your return in the event of loss.

Please enclose the delivery note you have filled out with your return. In order to be able to process your return as quickly as possible, we ask that you fill out the delivery note completely.

After your return has reached us, we will process it according to your information. This process can take up to two weeks.

If payments are refunded using the PayPal payment method, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.
