If the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days. We want you to enjoy your new product. If an item has a defect, you can of course send it back to us at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs - except in the case of defective goods.

We offer international shipping. Shipping to other European countries costs a flat rate of 9.95 EUR with an average delivery time of 3-10 days. Shipping worldwide to Australia, China, Japan, Canada, USA, Mexico, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates costs a flat rate of 30 EUR with an average delivery time of 30 working days.

We offer you the payment options PayPal, Klarna ( direct payments, pay after delivery options and installment plans ), credit and debit card payments, Apple Pay as well as Giropay and prepayment. We strive to be able to offer you additional payment options. If you choose the payment method in advance when completing the purchase, we ask you to transfer the purchase price to our account within 14 days of purchase. After your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details. As soon as your payment is credited to our account, we will ship your order. When making the transfer, please be sure to enter the purpose specified in the email or your order number.
